Service Request
I am getting below error message while trying to create a service request the user-resource link has not been setup correctly what could be the reason ?
This error means user ,
This error means user , employee & resource setups are not complete. Check thebelow steps and do which ever step is missing 1. Create an employee in HR 2. Create an USER in sysadmin and assign the employee created in step 1 3. Import the employee as a Resource in CRM Resource Manager 4. Make sure that the USER field in CRM Resource manager is populated. 5. Assign the role 'Field Service Reprensentative' to the resource
